Days 1-5

Upon completeting the form on our website, our development team will review your land opportunity on your county auditors website to verify ownership, understand the property specifications, and establish an initial vision on how we feel your land can best be utilized. 

Days 6-10

After our prelimary review, we will contact you to exchange introductions, share any initial ideas we have for the land, and discuss your own personal goals for the land. 

Days 11-21

Following our initial meeting, we will begin preparing a no-obligation proposal if we mutually agree there could be a good opportunity to work together. During this process, we may reach out to you with additional questions. 

Days 22-60

In this time period, we will present you with a no-obligation proposal and make revisions both on your request and if further information surfaces. If a proposal is agreed upon, we will then begin preparing all of the necessary legal documents to finalize and execute on the proposed plan. 

Unfortunately, no. Despite receiving many inquiries, each is thoroughly reviewed and evaluated by two or more members of our organization.

On average, rezoning, acquiring conditional use permits, and zoning variances can take between 90 to 180 days depending on the complexity of the adjustments or modifications being made. 

From experience, some adjustments have taken less than a month while others can take up to two years. It all depends on the hurdles we will have to jump through in the given juristiction, the requirements of the planning commission, and feedback from locals. 

Included in each proposal prepared is an outline of RDG’s compensation. Our proposed compensation structure varies on a project by project basis. Typically,  we take a share of the sale price of your property beyond the appraised value of your property prior to any rezoning, conditional use permit acquisitions, or zoning variances. 

However, this structure usually changes if ground-up development is involved. 

No, we do not require any out-of-pocket financial commitment from you. Our organization finances all of the expenses required in the process leading up to achieving rezoning, conditional use permits, and zoning variances.
